CO #3 MOCKUP  ·  Nav restructure (9 items → 5 + Book Now)  ·  For Jasper review  ·  Not for production

Section 1 — Item-by-item comparison

Section 2 — Desktop nav (live render, locked design tokens)

↓ This is how the nav renders at desktop width using locked Azure design tokens

Section 3 — Mobile nav (expanded state)

Sticky mobile bar (CO #2, already approved) sits at bottom of screen — separate from the hamburger menu above.

Section 4 — Disposition of removed nav items

Page (live site) Disposition Rationale
Compare Suites
Kept — dropdown child under Suites 2026-06-09 amendment: stays as its own page at /compare-suites/ with own meta + own schema. Promoted from in-page section to dropdown child under Suites parent. No redirect needed (URL preserved).
The House
Content → Suites intro "About the property" content becomes the intro section of the Suites page. Guests naturally read it before choosing a suite. 301 redirect /the-house/ → /the-suites/.
Gallery
Dissolved Photos are integrated into each page (Discover, Suites, homepage). A standalone gallery page adds no SEO or AEO value and dilutes link equity. No redirect needed if page has no inbound links; otherwise 301 → /the-suites/.
Special Offers
→ Footer link Footer "Stay" column link only. Keeps it accessible without nav clutter. Page retained for direct traffic and OTA/partner links. 301 only if URL changes.
About / Vivere Hospitality Group
→ Footer link Brand story is woven into homepage copy and site-wide voice. No dedicated nav item needed. Footer link handles guests who seek it. 301 only if URL changes.
Contact Us
Renamed → Contact Becomes a new dedicated page at /contact/ (form previously lived on /experience/). 301 redirect /contact-us/ → /contact/.
